Back in 2000, I was convinced that the only person happier wiht the election results than Bush would have been Will Ferrel, who I pictured on Election Night, celebrating his job security for the next four years by oiling up three teenage Sunset Blvd hookers, and getting stoned out of his mind on the balcony of the Belushi suite at the Chateau Marmont.
